This year I had planned my holidays with club mahindra, I am new member of club mahindra, I opted red variety of club, which is best available membership now a days .as soon as I made plan for holidays I make call to call centre of club mahindra .
It was around 45 days prior. they told me all rooms on my requested date are sold. I became frusted & tried at other time share copmpanies, fortunately in all other resort I was able to get booking very easily on discounted price. It increase my frustation I thought why did I paid 3.5 lakh to club if they are not able to provide booking, then I blasted on salesman & told him either he arrange booking in goa for me or I will not pay future installments, then with in hour I got confirmed booking I thought if all rooms were sold then how this booking come. Ok I should taste mango only.
now I check in goa resort it is on verca beach . it is beutifull resort, I can say it is good 3 or 4 star resort, definatinatively it is not five star. now I found it is too far from all destinations of Goa, further taxi stand outside the resort has quite strong union, you have to pay double charges, further they have their terms & conditions, further they dont allow outside taxies . so you ha ve to stay in resort only, no any other type of transport there, no any package bus tours from resort, you are just on mercy of taxi walas.
I think if you are 50 plus, then it resort is good, stay there only but if you are younger then this, or you are with family who wants enjoying shopping etc then don't go this resort & try north part of goa for stay.
