Hi Rishi, Read your review and the comment on my review that you have posted. Really feel that we made the mistake. Same thing happened to me. I too was offered Nokia DC 6 charger then an alternate Philips headset and yesterday that also was out of stock so they offered Envent (or Invent) headset ...like you were. I too had the same reply. I didn't want some unknown brand stuff. In the first place they had offered me Philips in lieu of Nokia DC 6 charger. Now they should give me that or rather compensate either with that much discount or gift vouchers. If they cannot give a freebie, why do they promise it in the first place. As you rightly said, I purchased Samsung mobile from flipkart and Galaxy tab from zoomin.com. Also some other purchases from other sites. Never had any problems. This has been my worst experience. I too am contemplating moving to a Consumer court. Have told the customer rep Ms Amanpreet yesterday about the same. She has asked for a day. Let us see.Read More

Dear Vineet, I really agree with the title of your review. In fact I shopped from ebay USA and got my daughter's educational toys quite fast with tracking updates and all. Similarly, I got covers for my newly bought Nokia Lumia 720 (that I have ordered from indiatimes) from ebay shipped from Ho...ngKong and got. That too it came by routine HK post not a courier or speed post. Now I have the cover but not got the phone yet. Dear TimesInternet, I didn't have no hopes for nothing. After all the so called 'urgent' action promise, the reply by e-mail that I received this morning at 11.39 am from Mr Anshul Sehgal speaks for itself. I have been bluntly told that there is a delay and 'expected' date of shipment is 21st... June. So I am still not sure whether it will ship on or before that date. I am waiting. Let us see... if you could prove yourself and indiatimes shopping team right and worthy of a second time shopping chance in future...a distant possibility.Read More

Dear TimesInternet, you should also update after the action that you have taken. I am still to find updates of action. Just mere reply that we will take action is not enough. Follow up, take action and update the post with action taken. That would show us that you are serious and mean business.

Thanks Gopikiran. I think we all need to share our experiences and I have decided to check with reviews on MS before ordering on a particular shopping portal. At least that would reduce chances of getting such bad service.

Dear Saroj/Amruta Bishi, I can totally understand the frustration as I am having similar problems. I do not really trust the nice reply by TimesInternet above. I had a lovely mail from customer care but that didn't change much. Let us see if actions speak louder than words.

Dear niinss, Thanks for posting. We need to make others aware. I had a horrible experience till now. I ordered a Nokia Lumia 720 on 6th June 2013 after chatting online with customer care (I have chat transcripts too) and calling up to confirm availability. I was told 2 days later that there was a... delay in shipment and it would be shipped by 14 June. Then on 10th June I was again told the freebie Nokia DC - 6 car charger was not available and I would be given a free Philips headphones. On 13th June, they confirmed that I will get it in 5 - 7 days. On 16th morning I wrote to them asking for shipping update. On 16th they cancelled my original order and created another order for the same with a new order no. I got mail and sms saying it will be delivered by 22 June. I was a bit relieved. And now a few minutes back I got a call again informing that the shipment will be done on 21st June and I will get it in 5 days from then. I am frustrated and annoyed. I have written to customer care and also escalated complaint to operation head. Will update soon when I hear. In the meanwhile I will write a review of my experience to enlighten others. There's nothing about the phone and the complaints pertaining to C 5 in this review. Only general complaints and about service centre.
