This is an over-all Club mahindra review, not specific to Goa. I honestly suggest all to stay away from Club Mahindra over-all. Their resorts are good.. but recommend to stay there as non member if you can afford, never become a Club Mahindra member.
I have been an unfortunate member for last two years. Every moment I feel like I have been cheated. I was not made aware of all the terms and condition and given false promises of many things, none of them are true. I have lot of respect for Mahindra group as a conglomerate, and very surprised, how come Mahindra come out with such a product based on a fraud concept.
Following are the major issues
Every moment they try to suck more and more money from you. Every time you call CC, you are made aware of new terms/conditions which is definitely not in your favor.
You never get booking in your preferred time and place
At the time of booking you would be given a feeling as if you are not eligible for anything.
Being a red member, you would have already spent 3L R and don’t deserve to be treated like this.
I was a member of white session, and virtually never got any booking of my choice even when I tried well in advance. They suggested to move to red, after already spending 2L, I did not want to waste another 1L.. However nothing could be done. I had to go for it as I was not able to utilize my membership benefit at-all. After I moved to Red, I see it is no better and cursing myself why I spent another 1L on a already bad product.
So please talk to couple of club mahindra member first before even you think of taking membership. I am sure you will be able to take a call based on judgment and not based on false promises. Its one week no call from CM till date
