citibank sucks ! It is here in India thinking it can fleece poor ingnorant Indians .That is exactly their mind set .I was coaxed into opening a Gold account .They were to do my wealth mangement but It started with total lies . The ATM in cental and prominent place like dadar does not have cash dep...osit facility . In wealth mangement they forced me to go for a Unit linked policy and failed to follow up with FMR formalities .Eventually the policy lapsed and my tax planning went haywire in march 2007 . I complained to mr santhanam as given on their website and after 2 months I am still waiting for their reply or to resolve my problems .Nothing in banking can be worse than citibank believe me -Dr mehool mehtaRead More
