Dear Pal, Your plight is really very heartening. As for Hutch/ any Co seeking a reason for disconnection - They cannot force it on you. They have to discontinue, whenever u have decided to. The only thing these operators should be told/ cleared is any pending bills. Rest you can simply Cut the Si...m card into two pieces right under their Nose and Throw it in the Dustbin. Also Always remember, as a consumer, when u give anything in Writing, Please ensure, u take a Receipt Signed by them on the Copy of what u submit. I’ve always been able to Tighten their noose, because all my documentation is Complete and in Order... ’’Yeh woh laaton ke bhoot hain, jo baaton se nahi maante’’. JLT - It seems this guy is all knowing and such geeks are very narrow minded. It showed in his retaliation to a comment on his SBI Revu? He thinks himself to be the greatest analyst of recent times, but perhaps he forgot One BASIC Lesson, every SALES MAN (he also claims he was a salesman) would know..., by heart ... 'Too much analysis leads to paralysis.' In one of his Revu's he writes he was last with the Consumer Durables industry, and then he was with Telecom, Though I thank god for small mercies, he's not in telecom, anymore, HE did write that.... coz If i came across him, ever, I'd hibernate....cant handle such a PAKAAO....please...All his revu's are so uninteresting and drab...there's just no flow, no body, no plot, no theme, I mean just no element to hold a reader's interest? And I have reason and Real Data to Prove my statement. 1) Essar Cellphone was far much better than Hutch Essar. 2) You really want Vodafone to succeed, in Indian Segment today? Then you need to take some Firm & Pragmatic Steps: 1) Do away with the entire Kolkotta Express of Hutch, includ...ing all those, who joined in 2000. 2) Bringback, the Customer Loyalty, that was prevailing in Essar Times, between 1993-1999, Which Hutch Lost post 2000, because they have always FELT, 'Themselves to be larger than Life'. In these 7 Years of their existence, in India, the only thing that was RAMPANT in HUTCH was 'CHEATING; LYNCHING PUBLIC & HIGH HANDEDNESS'. They are not only childish in their public dealing, but at times, 'Juvenile'. And there has been a STRONG PRESENCE of this attribute, with HUTCH's current LEADERSHIP, at more than one occasion. There's nothing 'Right or Wrong' in an individual's experience. When you claim, 'Your Information is Not Correct', what is the credibility of your own counter-claim?
