I only wish there was a zero star column. I would have clicked on all parameters on the zero column.
Phone Banking: Poor with a capital P. Almost non-existant. I remember having given address changes / cheque book requests, but neither were processed. Had to visit the bank myself! And this happened on more than one occasion. In fact, finding the phone banking number is a task in itself! Just compare with other banks, where phone banking numbers are prominently conveyed.
Communication: The bank is still not tech-savvy. Yes, they have implemented tech solutions, but using them well is another matter.
Charges: Extortionately high. I have been debited excess transaction charges as well as multicity cheque charges. but no communication was given as to the charges at the time the at-par facility was being offered.
I opened as account because of branch network. however, that has now been dealt with to a large extent, as other banks have also expanded!
