YES! Yes we are required to that, cuz its we who have made many such mindless movies into resounding hits. And because that is exactly what the scriptwriters, directors & the cast do... when they make this audio-video thing which they love to call a 'film'.
'Hera Pheri' was such an exception that now I refuse to believe it was 'directed' by this very guy who credits himself with
'Filmed by...'
Its funny cuz that ought to be very demeaning to a guy who calls himself a director. Oh well...Read More

I found this review thru Google. Gr8 to know you wrote this just about 10 days ago. I was contemplating buying this very model. But had a serious doubt regarding the skin darkening thing. Now that you actually mentioned it, I guess I will stick with my razor.

Oh dear. Thanks for enlightening us. I thot whn u paid an annual sum, you are future-proof. The more I read about these DTH companies the more I feel like sticking with my shitty cable operator. At least I can swear at him in person & get things done. ;-)

Nice review. Wud definitely prevent me from going the Reliance way. Also with the mobile points u make, I concur. They start all those value added services on their own n debit money from you mobile. This has happened at least 5 times on 2 different reliance numbers that few of my family members pos...ses. I dare not touch their DTH for the fear of unmitigated (mental) torture.Read More

I was so looking forward to see this movie. And after I did, I was so very disappointed. Its a BAD movie. At least the usual bollywood crap is supposed to be crap. But I expected this to be lil funny nonsense. It turned out to be ridiculous.
It is movies like this that keep people away from other g...ood experimental films.
I cant fathom all the star ratings it got. It was worse than a student film.Read More

2nd half of 90's were truly the Golden Era for Indi Pop. It takes more prominence especially after all the crappy albums that are dished out today by our pop stars (is there one now?).
Dude, seriously you got to make this like Top-25 of the 90's Indipop. Include all the remaining songs as the con...tenders who couldn't make it to the elite 25. Trust me it would be the list people would bump across & re-live in decades to come.Read More

Point on man....point on. I agree with everything u said. But I guess the blame wholly lies on BCCI (B-u-l-l-s-h-i-t CCI). They need to check out how the average viewer is being treated. If the channel has a sub-par telecast, they shud hav a clause to revoke the contract. But then when fans in BCCI ...stadiums are being treated like DOGS the TV viewer cannot expect much. And BCCI can only smell $$$. You throw in a wad of cash n next u know Animal Planet has won the rites of the telecast.
Only ESPN-STAR sports has the best setup with minimal in-game intrusion graphics. The all-time pan-India shame that goes by the name DD is gettin worst what with making the screen go small durin the over & showing, not still, but moving images (!!!) of Mayur Salman Khan. Your eyes cant receive more torture than that.
But hey, we want our cricket & we are ready to be screwed & be treated like biatches to get it. So, go NEO sports & all its brethren (a la S-Max).Read More

Yea, I feel sorry for you & bad for the after-sales attitude. But that surely does not mean the product is bad. And I have seen it work for many.
W550i was one hot product...trust me some 10-15 months ago!
Now, if it was crass it surely wudnt have enjoyed that status. Anyways, for me my next p...hone, sure as hell, is gonna be an SE.

Firstly, I feel sorry for you had a bad experience with Sony-Ericsson cell. I surely hope the company will make it up for you at the earliest.
Secondly, I feel sorry for the 'tens of persons who told you not to go for this brand'. They surely suffer from a herd mentality. Also I dont think you we...re a fool to go for this cell, I PROCLAIM YOU A SMART PERSON ;-). On the contrary I would like to categorize those 'tens of persons' as dimwits.
I have SE W800i. A year & half later it is still serving me as sweetly. I can vouch for at least FOUR of my friends who are using W550i (your cell) for more than 18-20 months & its working flawlessly. Yours seem to be a one off case.
The best of machines have fault. You were just unlucky to get one. Of course, the after sales service should be prompt if there is a problem & I hope your grievance is redressed.
I can assure you SE are amongst the best phones available. I aint thrashin Nokia. But if you want great looks & superb functionality........GO THE SONY WAY!Read More
