Art Work Does Not Make A good Movie. Review on Saawariya

Alot is riding on Saawariya, lavish sets, two new actors who are already famouse before there movie is out. Anil Kapoors Daughter(Soonam Kapoor) and Randir Kapoor(Rishi Kapoors son) will they have an amazing debute? will Saawariya live up to the huge hype?

I must say as I walked out the cinema halls I was very disapointed as where alot of faces around the cinema halls as they walked out, to sum up saawariya is all style and no soul, the town and the sets are what makes the film look so attractive. The sets are amazing, but the story just lacks and drags like crazy. The two new commers have a real platform in a SLB film but sadly I think they where wasted

A film about raj, a guy who has no history has not that much of a past, a guy that is jolly. But he has had to face all his problems buy himself struggling through life having no one to support him. When he meets sukhi all that goes away when they become friends. He finds a friend and he feels he is not alone anymore, he falls for her big time. Sukhi does not feel the same way infact her heart is with someone else(Salman khan) Raj is heartbroken about this and trys to win her over and convince her that he is the one for her. What Will Sukhi do, will she have enough space in her heart for Raj and fall for him? Will Raj Be heartbroken? Well I would say go and find out but I really advice you not to, only if your patient then go and find out!

The movie is all style, the sets are glowing and it looks too good but the story does not pull on my heartstrings. Was not as emotional as I thought, to state this is sanjay leela bansalis worst attempt thus far. The story was not that special. As peformance Ranbir kapoor is likeable but he repeats himself alot after the secound half, Soonam is actully better and she acts well has a great smiles dances well and looks amazing! Salman Is okay Rani is Wasted!

Songs are good to watch, jab se tere naaina rocks out the bunch. Saawariya title track is also quite good ranbir and soonam can dance really well. Also Salman Khan looks more bulky in the movie and more older, it did not suite him at all this type of role. The movie foccuses on blue, shows more of the town and its attraction then the story.

Weak script overal and trust me the movie does drag a few people did fall asleep after the first 20mins.

overal disapointing! Diwali will not be blue this year! SLB hope your next project you think more on script then your sets! Overal i'm disapointed with this movie big time! I have no words I did not think this movie would be this bad!

I was a saawariya fan I use to love when the songs came on and I thoiught the movie will be mindblowing I was expecting another black! instead all I got was Blue and more Blue! some might say thats a good thing but right now for me it is just a bad thing.
