The property is well designed and luxurious than any other housing society I have seen in Mumbai. Their clubhouse was grand and hotel-like. Thumbs-Up for design points!

I booked a 2 bhk apartment in casa greenville in August 2019. I was very happy because after all it’s our first home and felt like our dream was fulfilled because they committed that we will give you possession before time, so I spend my hard earned money as booking amount and started home loan process and fortunately everything was perfect but then lockdown started so I was little bit worried because I’m leaving on rent and also paying emi so I called on lodha customer care snd enquired so they replied that “sir we will try to give you possession as soon as possible on official committed time sep 2020 but I couldn’t do anything because I can understand that it’s lockdown time and now at the time of possession they’re telling that they will start possession in April 2021 so I’ve asked them to pay me for my rent because I’m a breadwinner and only earning member of my family so can’t survive for that longer then they clearly told that we can’t do anything. So I request all fresh buyer to buy only ready to move because I’ve already did the mistake so please don’t repeat it. Lodha gives good facilities but how can a middle class man handle rent and emi together? So please be careful from this kind of issue.

I am badly suffering after book 2BHK flat, During selling confidentially say will be deliver before 6-8 month as per agreement, but that is totally false promise only cheated innocent customer and

This is biggest problem in Lodha Amra project, sales team and customer support, they do not have ethics towards commitment.

Amenities are very good.nice place to live in lowerparel.

Needs improvement in kitchen quality.

Over all nice place

While the society overall is good with all amenities. However maids run an internal union of sorts and all residents are at their mercy. Few residents or owners have spoilt their maids and they will in turn go and discuss with other maids and the entire society is forced to follow and bear unruly behaviour of maids. Maids are rude and threaten you that no maid will work for you if you dont do this for me etc. Etc. There are no standard rules for support staff and this causes such disonance. They will ask for any amount for the jobs and you will have to pay them. So if you ok to do your own work, this society is amazing to stay at. The society housekeeping staff, security guards are very warm and helpful.

I have booked a Lodha crown in Majiwada Thane project i have booked in lockdown no one was interested to thik about flat but i have did in name of lodha they called 5 to 6 time in a day to book and pay 50000 then aftter i haved book just beacuse of in name of lodha so i have send document for loan process and after 60 days i got call from 4 to 5 bank saying your eligibility was not meeting to our bank Thomson condition so then I told the loo the people. My process because I’m not getting the loan because of me some IT issues so they told me that he will do our best and you also received some more calls from the bank but he was no call from any bank and still I am full of things for my refund ‘s most three month has passed they’re not bothering to call me they are not receiving my phone calls they are not replying to my email know one taking interest to talk with me have told I will come to your office They were playing with me that we are not in office we are not in office so let me help all of the people down by the lower the people you if you are professional people they will treat you as a roadside people

This people told me..if I don't like d flat u will get refund immediately..n I visited lodha amara n didn't like it .So I told them refund my hard earned money now they r saying it will take 2 months for refund.. Plz don't believe such people.. All r fraud..

Requesting you to cancel the booking for the Flat no. 1615 Lodha Crown Majiwada Thane.

I have paid the advance of Rs.50, 000 / - to book the flat on 5th Oct. and the transaction ID is VPS/MACROTECH D/201910051748/927812 841274/THANE

On the same night, my father suffered from the minor attack and Doctor suggested for heart surgery. Due to Financial reason I wanted to cancel the booking.

Requesting to transfer back the refund paid for booking the flat.

I have receive response from Akshata your sales executive still my money is not refunded

Lodha builders are worst, they dont complete projects on time. They are just overexpensive and overrated.

Pros : - Good neighborhood, nice location, good brand value

Cons : - overpriced, hard to resell, bad quality,

Overall : - not worth the price

Builder with fake promisesI think LODHA needs to improve its service. the rooms were really small and more like kids bedroom. and when I spoke to the lady she said its 2bhk 531 area. but its not 2. Its 1.5 bhk, they provide false information on calls.

The day when I went I had to suffer alot while going, just because I didn't do any bookings with them, proper drop was not given to me and my family. I was waiting on road for more than half n hour for taxis and autos. pick up was so quick and on time, but they entertain you for drop only when u book an apartment. rude people, sales manager.

Do not trust Lodha group. They are the most fradulant people. They will give you commitment and will not fulfill the same. Specially if you are NRI customer stay away from them as they will not respond to your calls or not resolve any issue over the mail. My biggest mistake was investing in Lodha! Worst sales team and customer support team!

There is an extreme leakage problem in flats. They come to your place at least twice a month for reparation of leakages. And break ur flooring to find the cause. Poor construction. What is the use of amenities if u can't live at ease in your house.

Lodha Group is a fraud builder, on the name of remburmemt taken money for Smart Buy project, at money taking time did card swapping for fast payment and now takimg 30 days of remburment. Never go with Lodha Group.

It's just a awesome project in every way. One of the best developer's I have worked with. They care about employees. Lodha Group have extra curricular activities which will help in team bonding and collaboration. It's price range is also great and it's all facilities are just awesome .

My brother has purchased a 3 BHK flat at last they give 2.5 bhk, they have qouted the prize of 65 Lakhs but finally they took 80 lakhs forcefully based some quotes written with invisible font sizes on 200 page agreement. All the negatives are hidden. Finally after getting the flat the bath rooms of the flat have leakages of dirty water from toilets and from top side floor. upto 1.5 years from possion till the leaks were not repaired by them. See the damages and lekages hidden on top of false sealings of bath rooms on the attached photos.

The flat was booked in Feb 2014 and it was promissed to handover by 2017 apr but actually it was handed over at mid of 2018 and they have promissed to give 2 nos of covered parking but the same was not delivered till date

Avoid going for lodha or you shall have only problems in life with lodha builders. House quality is too poor. There are multiple bad experiences with lodha group(Cheater group). Don't deal with loadha group be careful when you pay first booking amount to lodha. Think 100 times before giving booking amount.
