First the Good things - you will be made to feel like King when you book your house at Palava. The grandeaour that they present, make you feel how organised and systematic they are. But unfortunately all good things end there. You do not have much options thereafter. You are left at the mercy of haphazard operations no professionalism of PCMA.

I am staying in a society since 3 months which has been developed by Lodha group of builders in mumbai. When I was looking for flat for my family, I was in situation to find such a society which should have all the facilities like safeness, clean and good atmosphere away from city pollution. I got the opportunity to see the projects of Lodha by one of my collegue. Finally when I saw the society and projects developed by Lodha, I got stucked and surpised. really Lodha has considered all the aspirations in terms of healthy and easy stay for a family. They have provided all the amenities for all age group of people. For kids they have developed the park and garden. for younger boys developed the stadium and courtyard for cricket, club houses for youth to spend time in gym and indoor games, swimming pool for swimmers. Apart from that there is PCMA office which solves all the issues of people addressed at their desk.There is a temple of Ganesha which is at the center of the project needed mostly by spiritual people.


If we talk about the price, then it is worth of investing that amount of money with these facilities and amenities.

Dear friends,


I am staying with my family at Lodha heaven since from 2007. Now I am shifted to Lodha group, Casa Rio Gold Palava City since from Nov, 2017. Here I have burden free life with 24hrs electricity and water supply. The most immportant thing is environment. U feel good breathing here. I saw my wife is suffering from heart problem, Now she feel here good with fresh air.


Customer Service: Very good, supportive.


Staff Courtesy: Respectful staff a I have seen with bus facilities for drop and pick-up from High way.


This City is build with all amenities.


Three swimming pools for Children, Women and Men.


Having football and cricket stadium.


Its total master plan project from Lodha group.

This is with reference to myrecent visit to Beverlee, Casa Rio Gold flat

> photograph shown in mylodha portal and the ground reality.The building

> 2. Now, see what we felt while preparing ourselves to enter to the


> flat. The main door lock itself was found faulty and after lot of


> efforts, Mr. Avishkar(your representative accompanying us) could


> manage to open it. The lock has to be changed by new one.

> this false ceiling and true ceiling of'toilet' is not even finished
