Well atleast the resorts are maintained well. Check the Sterling one. Its money thrown in the ditch. Zero maintainence !!!! I wonder if the resort will be livable after a couple of years..

Agreed about ixigo site. Its cheaper than all other sites as it simply directs u to the concerned company site. MakeMyTrip charges are quite high and a local agent is ready to work for the same amount and atleast we can take him to task if something fails.

Even shopping in the shop itself is pathetic. The sales people dont know about the various models, try to push the ones which are not selling. If we dont go by their advice, they lose interest and start attending the next customer. Worst customer service !!!!!

Dont know. Been using Airtel for the past five years and no complaints till now. Service has been very good. I doubt the customerservice have the guts to abuse as most of the calls are recorded and they will be caught if they do so.
