Customer care executive hasn't abused. A service engineer has abused using his mobile number before visiting my friend. please again read the matter.

After being cheated by reliance, you have posted this matter just for your frustration removal. you knows well that nothing will happen.
If someone tells you that you are a liar. how will you feel? don't you think that in that case, this post will not remove your frustration rather... it will increase your frustration.

Yes, my friend hasn't guts to write to MD of airtel. because he knows that nothing will happen except further time wasting and losing image. As i told you that one day loss of my friend is more than 6000 rs.
Why should he openly come out? As he has listened the abuse and he knows t...hat nothing will happen except further insult. This post is just for his frustration removal and nothing else.
Of course, the story is not complete, because it is long story. And all the parts of it is true and in each part, MY FRIEND IS RIGHT. That's why complain number is also noted.
By the way, the service engineer threatened my friend. And my friend called 100 number too and the police came to his home. This is also the part of the story...
If you want proof, i can give you the contact number of my friend and the proof of police visit evidence on the home of my friend. But are all of you guys giving me assurance to punish that service engineer?
ANYWAY MY FRIEND WILL NEVER LIKE TO COME OPENLY HERE TO FURTHER LOSING IMAGE AND RATHER HE WILL LIKE TO DELETE THIS POST. OF COURSE, PRIVATELY HE CAN CONTACT TO EACH OF PARTICIPANTS.
