Hello Everyone, I would like to update you all that after all the discussions , ICICI team has been good enough to reverse all the penal interest & charges levied on my card within the next 2 months. Thanks to ICICI for hearing to customer greivances. Moreover will look forward towards ta...king care of us customers in a more comfortable way as we move ahead in business relations so that we have not to worry about any illegitimate charges, penalty or interest. However it would be benificial to the bankers if they give the customers a feel of trustworthy relationship which would help both the customers & the bankers to mutually benifit. Arnold I agree with u but it is killing. Such policies won't help to grow the business for Bank coz every time a valued customer faces such experience , he will not do transactions thru' the a card which doesn't care for the customer who has valued the bank card so much to do transactions of high ma...gnitude. After all the bank benifits hugely from the business we route thru their card.Read More
