Product Benetton Watch - Cost Rs.499
I ordered a Benetton watch for Rs.499 and on delivery I found it to be faulty. Immediately on 03.12.2009 thru: DTDC courier I returned the watch for replacement and after 2 days I called the customer care at 011 40502424 but they acknowledged the receipt after 15 days of continuous calling. And I have been following it for nearly 7 months till date they say they will be sending the replacement very soon but till date nothing has happened. India Today is a very reputed concern but my experience with them is real nightmare. Their customer care is horrible trained at speaking in colorful language and nothing they damn care about the complaints and grievance.
What I can say they are only giving offers to cheat people like what happened to me be careful if you are placing the order or whenever you received any article check and then only pay money otherwise think that you given your hard earned money in CHARITY.
