Do not buy Samsung AC. Review on Choosing an Air Conditioner

It is my request that please do not buy Samsung AC, since it is really worst. The main worst thing is their service. I have complained about problem in AC that is not working in March and they came and told Condensor is gone and they changed it and told one of the leaf of the fan blade is also broken and told they do not have spare with them and will inform the store to send the fan blade in two days and that service man did not even tell us not to use the AC till the new fan blade is installed. He told you can run the AC there is no problem at all. We waited for 1-1/2 months for the fan blade and contacted the man who came here and told he will write in store and he was telling today. Tomorrow etc etc and by the time the AC became dead again.  We thought is it useless and complained to Samsung call center and told now only they know the blade is broken and needs to be fixed.

May 15th we have complained since now the AC was not working at all and every day we call up to know the status and they tell it is on the way (as if it is coming from America) even other countries it will be back soon. Around May 27 they brought the fan and they told the fan blade motor is also gone and two days before it arrived to their center from Noida to Chennai. Now when we call up they cooly say they have less manpower so tomorrow tomorrow and lot of tomorrow and give 100% guarantee the problem will be rectified but till this minute June 5th no one has attended the problem and we are without AC in this hot weather. We have two small kids 2 and 3 years old and rashes have come all over their body. Such a poor service and especially the service center of Vijay Ganesh Engineering 2/14, 6th Street, Jai Nagar, Arumbakkam CHENNAI, TAMIL NADU phone number 30308282 is really worst. Why do Samsung manufacture 10 to 50 models each year and they are not having good service people. Really worst to the core.

My kind advise to everyone please do not buy Samsung air conditioner any more. Once you buy if any complaints come that is all it will be use and throw thing. They have service center here but they do not have any parts here they will have to order from Noida. Then why should they keep service center in Chennai better they can have in Noida itself. Mine is a split AC.

I will not buy any Samsung products hereafter and will not allow by friends or relatives to buy Samsung product since I do not want them to suffer like me. Having bought AC but still living like we do not have AC in this hot weather.

Please buy any other brands except SAMSUNG and especially this Vijay Ganesh Engineering of Samsung service center is really worst to the core. No words to explain about them.
