Kumarbharat, My brother has a zen estilo and I own spark. I have driven the zen for over 30k kms for the last 2 years. I would say that its an excellent car. When I compare the two, I would say spark is a value for money car. The cost is almost 30-40k less, and you would be getting a similarly p...owered car. If you are looking for city drive alone then go for spark as you wont be having problems with serivce. But if your hometown is far from a GM service centre I would advice you against it. For better ride quality and service zen wins. For interior comfort (especially in the rear seat) spark wins. For boot zen wins. For mileage both are comparable. For value for money spark wins. (you get internal adjustable mirrors, tubeless tires, door ajack indicator etc all for 3.5l on road bangalore LS version which is comparable with the LXI version ) Read More

I am facing a similar situation, for the past one week I am trying to get my parcel sent from Mumbai. The lady at pafex says she will call me back almost everyday. I think pafex is having the worst service of all.

I think when you say the boot is bigger, actually its smaller than its competitors (estilo, wagon r and santro). While we can enjoy back seat legspace, the boot holds one big suitcase only.

what you have mentioned is the normal guarantee, similar to the ones offered by other car manufacturers. The 10,000 Rs one is cashless ownership scheme, in which you can get upto 1,00,000 kms free service including everything i(oil, parts etc)... But the warranty is not valid if you thrash your ...car. You will get warranty only for engine parts and electronic items(if you have not tampered with it). This is my understanding of the warranty.
