We went for this microwave
after a lot of research. We short listed on an IFB one as everyone was
suggesting us to take an IFB. But to my knowledge IFB lacks good customer care,
also when I was in search of a washing machine(I wanted to get IFB Diva, the
dealers refused to get me one). I have a samsung TV and once faced a problem
when the power went off, we switched the TV back on to find discoloration. I
called the service centre and they explained in detail on how to get rid of the
discoloration(it was due to electromagnetic effect, just unplug the TV and
switch it back on after 10 minutes). During women’s day Samsung was selling
this microwave with 5k discount and we bought it. It has been a good and
convenient experience for us.
Pros
- The microwave has a capacity of 28
litres.
There are a number of presets which is really helpful.
The
interior surface is coated with ceramic.
Cons. I haven’t faced anything so far.
