That is very true...even though Chevy Spark is a gem of a car, the after sales support sucks. Imagine being stuck on the highway for four days....makes you dread at the very thought. The only way Chevy can back-up the great products in their range is providing class leading after sales support. I have been contemplating on buying this unit from Kent. The water in our area is hard. But after reading all these issues being faced by users of the machine, I think I consider some other vendor. These guys make use of film stars to promote their product but end up harassing unsuspecting customers.... Service levels needs to be given as much importance as sales & marketing.Read More

Hi Sanjay, I very much agree with you on the above mentioned topic. The auto rickshaw community does not follow road ethics, most of the rickshaws pollute a major amount of smoke (no emission norms applicable here?), no ground rules for treating customers (we are at their mercy on them deciding... if they feel its worthwhile to carry us to a certain location, on how much extra it could charge to the us for that time of the day and peak hour traffic, etc). Atleast the traffic authority in India should imply norms such as no auto driver can refuse to drop a customer on any grounds whatsoever and if done, he could face cancellation of license. I would not go with the above review on the Spark, having owned one for the last 2.5 years, the engine of the car is super quiet, you do not hear any sounds coming into the passenger compartment. Also the quality of steel used is top notch, no complaints again on the build of the car.
