Dear, I am a fellow member and currently fighting a legal battle with CM, mostly on the similar issues of impropriety and below par services. If you are not getting any booking in any of the resorts as a member, try booking it as a non member, you would certainly get it................thats the key ...to their business. You can approach the consumer court for their deficiency in services committed. They would pay compensation also against harassment caused in the booking process. Jaago Grahak Jaago !! Fight it out, if not for your wated 3 lakhs Ruppes,then for making them respect the feelings of gullible customers.

There is no point feeling victimized and helpless, this attitude is making them unrelenting. They are now giving 'Jiyo life' sermons also on TV. Those who feel have been cheated have to fight it out in court, in media where ever possible. They now feel safe and indifferent because they feel there ar...e handful of members like me who fight it out in the court of law. When this number would surge, they would certainly budge. Its a typical indian mind set, where cribbing comes easier than fighting something out. Chandigarh consumer court has in March this year given a thrashing verdict against them for misleading a customer.Read More

I appeal Club Mahindra/Mouthshut to remove the label of ’issue resolved’ before my post. In fact after Nov I really wanted to give them another chance based on their promises of better services. I availed one Holiday also in Jim Corbett in Jan ’10 in the meantime, but after that suddenly everything ...chnaged. They showed their real callous and unprofessional color, proofing the fact again that they are a bunch of uncoordinated unprofessional people where their is no value of the time and sentiments of a customer, whom they call ’members’......poor trapped members, whom they take for granted. Because of their mismanagement I have a suddenly cropped up with a huge dues on me, which I came to know 3 months after I availed the last holiday and when I tried booking some resort for these summer vacations. Now my holiday plans are gone for a toss, as well as my financial planning. I am requesting them to cancel my membership based on some huge deficiencies in their services and refund my money. I also need some compensation for the serial harassment I am having since last 2 yrs. They always refer to some clause which says no refund- no cancellation. I am moving to consumer court. Lets see what lies ahead.Read More

There are many like me, who have ultimately figured out, it doesnt work out the way it is explained during sales. The member relations team has had a sloppy approach at least in my case. I have already given them intimation for recalling my membership, m trying to know the procedure of getting my mo...ney back, there has been no response. Yesterday, on my insistence one official typically said to be taking 42-48 hours to respond. For such emergency cases too, they have their own way of going about. I am asking them to come out with the simple statistics of total number of rooms in their inventory for members and the total number of membership they have. I am still waiting for the 'cat' to be out of the bag. A simple arithmetic would expose their sinister business design. End of the day, they cant hide these facts from the members and not at all from the court, if required.Read More

I was in touch with member relations team till today morning, after I wrote all this and I wanted them to tell me the process of recalling the membership, there has been no reply from them, I tried calling the member relations officials who were in touch with me, they dont wan...t to talk to me, all are hiding now. All have said to have left the office in unison. Mr Ramesh Ramanathan, are you listening to me, hope you are aware of all this?? I just asked a simple question that if the membership size is way higher than the total number of rooms you have in all the resorts, and thats why we face hell longer waiting time for bookings, and all your men/women are hiding. This is got to be ugly. Club Mahindra apparently does not care/mind consumer court cases, it already has 51 such cases pending against it. But never mind, the 52nd can change the game.Read More
