We took a new membership in Dec'10 and asked for a vacation in first week of Jan'11. We were guided by the Sales Executive to go ahead as all the arrangements have been made for the trip.Till One night before the departure; we were informed that Holiday Vouchers are available but not signed due to some casualty in the Mumbai office.
To our surprise; there was no COnfirmation at Panchgani and we were made to payout from our pocket. As expected Sales executive(Mr Shushrut Trevedi) nether picked up the call nor responded to sms.
I immediately applied for cancellation of membership on return.It is almost two months and only false promises are being made at Call Center with no one making any steps to resolve the issue and do a refund. Hada telephone call from some Executive - Customer retention and he agreed to compensate for the holiday expenditure at Panchgani inliew of cancellation of membership. Even that was also only a commitment with no followup or response to mails for past 30 days now.
Have written atleast 20 mails and only got system generated response that someone from Vashi office will revert.
I belive the organisation which cannot honor confirmed holiday for next fortnight;how can commit a holiday plan for next 25 year.
It isONLY FALSE COMMITMENT from Mahindra HOLIDAYS for confirmed vacation of 25 years.
