I am a member since 4 years & have had the good fortune in the first year of getting the vacation of my choice. Since then it has been absolutely disgusting. I have a RED membership, so called priority & privileged!!
Just to cite the case. I wanted to have a vacation in June (school holidays). I was on phone at 10am of the morning of 1st January (the first day for booking for June month); after the 31st night bash.
It took me all my patience (thank you Anand Mahindra Ji for making your customer so tough) and finally I was able to reach an agent at 12:40 pm-2.40 hours to be exact. And yes property at Dharamshala was sold out for the first two weeks. So I settled for 3rd week - no options
My advice: never ever take this membership. If you think you still want one, please contact me.
