2 days back, on 15th Sep 2020, I have received a call from a person of Eureka Forbes. He states that refund is not possible as the purchase was offline and must have been initiated within 7 days of purchase. Really now???? Anyway, I told him that I have lodged a complaint on sixth day from the dat...e of installation of the unit, i.e., on 9th Aug 2020. Then he said that the unit has been used now and cannot be sold to other customers (I have call records in case you guys require such things in hand). EUREKA FORBES............. TO WHOM ARE YOU TRYING TO FOOL. WITH THAT STATEMENT, IT IS CLEARLY MEANS THAT YOU COULD SELL A SECOND HAND OR A USED PRODUCT IN A SEALED PACK TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. Anyway, I have informed that person whatever I wanted to say, I don't wanted to repeat and argue. And it looks like your CEO doesn't give a damn to any issue because the issue is just going in a circular fashion. And now the unit has stopped working from today due to the red light glowing on the right side of the unit which means that it requires servicing. So, to conclude this, your Doctor nRich requires service every month to which I can clearly say that I do not want such product at all. Kindly refund if you guys have some self respect left. There is a visiting doctor by name Dr. Reshu Saraogi. Not a good doctor as her surgical procedure is very rough and will leave you with marks that never goes off. My wife is still suffering from those black marks after the surgery.

Below is what I have written them and still didn't get any response. Be careful before you go to any TVS center. My TVS service center is TriStar TVS. I have raised a complaint and the engineer came to check the product (OM-20DGQ) on 11-Apr-2014 and charged me Rs. 350/- as it was out of warranty. The complaint number is BAN1004140265 and the issue is it will work without heating and whenever I call the engineer, he will say that the part is coming... in next 2 or 3 days and he will attend to it shortly. Awaiting a resolution from Kenstar. I tried to submit my feedback in Kenstar website but it doesn't submit and throws an error stating to re-submit the feedback.
