My wife had undergone laparoscopic surgery in this hospital last year in the month of September. Few points to mention about this hospital so that other people must think twice because small points makes big difference.
Infrastructure wise, this hospital doesn't have any cafeteria which I have found in other hospitals.
Medical care is little worse here. After the surgery, on the same night when my wife wanted care/assistance to go to restroom, the nurse on duty was not present and she had to go alone in spite of the surgery.
During the day, the person who opens the door to allow the attendant(me) to go inside the general ward and see the patient, is reluctant to open the door at times. I literally had to fight my way in.
There are interns in this hospital and sometimes they come to wake up the patient in order to ask questions. I feel that is a disturbance to the patient and they must allow the patient to take rest.
Today, I came to know that I have paid Rs. 13000 extra on that general ward bed. It means that the actual price for the bed in general ward is 50000 and I have paid 63000.
We wanted some discount(which other hospitals give without any hesitant) for the delivery, but not a single rupee discount we can expect from here.
They said that I will get a feedback form, but after complaining these to the concerned person, I didn't get any form as such. Later on, I came to know that the concerned person is just a marketing manager. And till date, I don't know who or where is the management of this hospital.
These points may sound small/minor, but think from your end.
