I have a Reviva RO from 2011 which used to work for only 2 and half months upon which I had to replace the candle/filter inside it. After a year I have opted to go for AMC. During this period, I had the same problem again and the engineer has attended the call after 8 days of complaint with, of course, lot of escalated calls in between.
2nd call was on Aug 20, 2013 with service request 8A52C16266 for a small unit which was responsible for continuous water out flow, 3rd call was on 22 Aug with service request 651F516650 and it was due loud noise which happened due to the replacement on Aug 20.
The engineer came and said that the sound is normal and the part replaced is a better quality. I didn't agree on this but still had to nod my head. 4th call was on 24 Aug as the whole unit stopped working and hence there is no water at home now. I had to escalate the service request 351ED16927 to 2nd level but still no response. Then I had to call 9845330553 to request for an engineer and hence I got an engineer finally on 28 Aug and he said that the power unit is not working so he will replace it on 29 Aug.
I came from office and gave several calls to the engineer on 9900603405 but in vain because he doesn't pick his cell. Finally, I called 9900856120 and 9845330553 and came to know that the part will be available by 30 Aug. Still at home with no water to cook.
That's Eureka's great service. I recommend people to go for general candle based water filters rather than to die and wait for these pathetic companies.
