An engineer visited my home on 7th August 2020 for a regular AMC on my old Reviva RO. After discussing with him regarding a better product where the TDS could be adjusted on our choice, he has suggested me to buy Doctor nRich and provided me the contact number(9844950327) of the sales person, Mr. Anand. After a brief discussion with this salesperson over the phone, he came to my home on 8th August 2020 and delivered the product. When he asked me for the payment, I asked him to show it to me as it was delivered unpacked. He said that he can do so only after making the payment, and not to worry about it as there is a 30-days money back guarantee by the company.
I have purchased the product(Doctor nRich) from the Eureka Forbes on the very same day, who visited my house on my request on 8th August 2020, it was on Sunday.

However, the product has developed problem(s) from the 4th day of usage like water leaking from the unit and low grade plastic quality which I didn't like. Also, to be noted that I have been made to purchase the product without even looking into it. After all this, I have raised a complaint(complaint number 0110155060) with your customer care. My calls are ignored now by this salesperson as he has blocked my number. His boss, Mr. Somsekhar(mobile number - 9342225766) is not willing to refund my money and has continuously ignored our calls. More than 35 times we have tried to call him. And your customer care is of no use to me as they just escalate the issue which is again proved to be of no use. I am attaching few details for your information.
I have sent an email to deepa.customercare@eurekaforbes.co.in, who has replied to me stating that the issue has been resolved. I do not understand on what basis the issue has been resolved. I am yet to receive a refund.
