My present day story in Bimal Maruti and K. R. Puram RTO.
My name is Tuhin Chakravorty. I have learned car driving from Bimal Maruti Driving School, Bangalore. I have passed the Driving test on 7th May and today I have received my Driving License as well. However, just to my surprise, I found that my name is incorrect on my Driving License as well as the Blood Group section is empty. When I reported this to the responsible person, he blamed me for not filling the form correctly. I remember it very clearly that the online application form was correct. Then, I showed him my Learner's License in which my name was correct. I spoke to the concerned person in Bimal Maruti and they said that I have to do nothing in this regard.
I had office today but still we went to the RTO and half of the day was wasted. I had to wait in the queue and paid the necessary amount from my pocket for the correction to be made in my Driving License.
NOTE: If anybody is going for the Driving Test, make sure that during data entry you must stand and be present there for all necessary corrections and data entry work. After all, this is your own Driving License. If anybody tells you that your presence for the data entry work is not required and will be taken care of, DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM.
The mistakes what RTO people did and what irresponsibility Bimal Maruti has shown, I have paid in lieu of them today along with wastage of time and energy.
When we pay for something, we expect some courtesy and service, if we don't get this, then there is no point of going back.
