I own a gas connection for more than 2 years with Indane. One fine day, when I call for a new refill request, I get information that my account has been disabled.
On inquiring, I get the ridiculous reason that someone else in the same apartment complex with a different name has taken an Indane gas connection and they have suspended my connection because of the doubt that I have multiple connections.
Don't they have brains to think that any apartment complex would have multiple flats and family in each flat would have a gas connection? Very poor reason to give, not sure what they want.
