The below quote is what I have written to so called BSNL and I am still awaiting a response and resolution. I have tried to reach even the higher officials in vain. On top of this, they have issued a bill amount of Rs. 952, no idea on what service they are charging:
My internet connection went down on 5th September, 2012. I had lodged a complaint for the same with communication id as 16999151832 on the same date, however, the same communication id has been closed by BSNL on 12th October, 2012 without resolving the issue. In the meantime, I had to put the connection under safe custody assuming BSNL's so called response time.
Now, the connection is not under any kind of safe custody. However, its been few weeks now where BSNL is still unable to provide me an internet connection. I request you to kindly take necessary action against BSNL to rectify this issue.
