On 26th Jan I have booked a cylinder and on 3rd Feb, they sent a message stating that the receipt has been generated and the cylinder will be delivered shortly and then on 6th Feb they have sent a message stating that my request for cylinder is cancelled. When I went to cambridge layout (which is in Bangalore near Ulsoor) K K Enterprises (the so called gas agency-after getting transferred from Vishnu Gas agency from Whitefield) they said that my consumer number has been suspended. K K Enterprises is pathetic. No nice service at all. Vishnu gas agency was good in their service.
Today we have no cylinder at home. As per the guys in K K Enterprises, I need to submit all documents again to get it activated. Pathetic. I have submitted the same documents earlier when I got the connection as it was a transferred connection from a different state. And here in Vishnu gas agency, I had submitted the same documents.
On top of this, I am still staying in the same location/House. How is it possible that the details are mismatching in their database. K K Enterprises guys are playing with people. K K Enterprises is the worst gas agency and I am facing small problems from the day I got my connection transferred from Vishnu Gas Agency.
