Going by the number of common complaints against this website, it certainly does not look like a great place to shop. The website doesn't provide its contact details for customer feedback. Nor its registered address. Its good to hear about your positive feedback. But would advise you to be ve...ry careful. Going by gut instincts, I think FirstAndSecond.com is an unreliable high risk shopping website. Shop at your own peril! Regards,Read More

Syriana is indeed a brilliant movie. I love its direction and story telling. Very convincing! BTW, the character of Bryan Woodman is played by Matt Damon and not Mark Wahlberg Keep penning!

You've successfully brought out many cynical views of Bangalore and they're true! I've been living in Bangalore for past year. The common complaints are bad traffic (two wheelers driving on footwalks, aggresive motorcycle / autorickshaw / bus drivers), poor infrastructure, etc. etc. - the list is... endless. In the end it all boils down to mediocre civic administration ridden with corrupt officials hell bent on milking away the treasury coffers for their own good than the maintenance of roads and other public amenities. You're absolutely right in terming Bangalore as 'not a metro' Keep Writing ! Read More

Your review on Fardeen Khan has a lot to do about the kissing in public than Fardeen Khan himself! But, I respect your sensitivities. Indians has a hugely diverse set of opinions about everything! Most of all about culture or *sanskriti*! I believe that such acts of kissing should only be ...restricted to media that caters to audience that doesn't feel offended by such acts, not the mainstream media atleast. Keep penning!Read More

This review is a good introduction to .Net 2005. I'm currently using the 2003 version for development purposes...and its great for RAD! I've seen 2005 and am impressed by the richer work environment (as described by you). Keep Penning!

You're absolutely right about Sachin. In fact, I think he has survived till now purely b'cause of the hype that the media has generated. Plus, I think Sachin's huge advertising contracts are also a hindrance in BCCI's way of exiting him out of Indian team. If common sense prevails, Sachin T...endulkar will retire after 2007 World Cup Keep Penning! Cheers!Read More

Sorry to hear about your problems with eBay. I've had a similar experience with these guys. Had 'intended' to buy Fedora Core Linux cd's from an auction. After winning the auction, I had duly made the payment for the cd's. Exactly next day, the seller wrote back saying that he did not h...ave any stock of Fedora CD's and if it was OK to give me another version of Linux. This was a rude shock! Even on complying with the request...all I got was cd's that did not work properly! On requesting another shipment of cd's...the seller asked me to make another payment...for shipment only. Several e-mails / complaints to eBay...and nothing of it. Frustrated, I've never again bought anything from eBay. There are plenty of fraudsters trying to lure the innocent customer...and eBay just isn't tough enough to handle these people!Read More

Its an excellent informative guide on Madhubala -- brief but insightful. I never knew about Madhubabla so much. Also, about Kishore Kumar! A fit review for the memory of Madhubala. Keep writing!

With the boom in multiplexes in India...a lot of new faces are getting a go in the Indian Film Industry. Perhaps, aspiring screenwriters do need to get a look-in to this book :) Its always a bonus to absorb information from folks like William Froug who have the experience in this creative dom...ain. I agree with you that Indian scripts are pretty weak & tend to insult the intelligence of the viewer (especially when actors are literally screaming on your face). Hopefully, with exposure & time and some box office success to films like Iqbal...Indians films will have better stories to tell. Cheers!Read More

I commend your ability to go against the tide. Sania is a good role model for future Indian female sports stars. She may not be trying hard enough to be number one (which is your bone of contention) & managing to getting a lot of attention for her beauty and atheltic performance on tennis cour...ts. BUT, it's a good start :) Her performance doesn't teach us to be accept the lowest spots in world rankings. That's an individual choice. But she certainly does inspire us, Indians, to take a go at the international sports and do a a fine job at it. For that, we must congratulate her! Regards Read More

BCCI does everything except thinking about Indian Cricket. Politics, nepotism, money power, etc. etc. Indian Cricket looks like an after thought in BCCI's affairs. When you look at the pathetic state of Cricket grounds in India (despite having a huge piggy bank)...you get a feel of the fail...ure of Indian Cricket Administrators. We deserve better! I have had a bad experience with ebay.in. The seller sold me a defect product (Linux cd's). On notifying him, he simply told me to pay the delivery charges again! I was not ready to spend Rs. 50/- as delivery charges on a Rs. 150/- product. On complaining to eBay.in...I simply got some BS r...eply asking me to follow some steps towards 'dispute resolution' I've had enough with these guys. No more eBay for me! (at least till they address buyer grievances) RegardsRead More

Wow! You seem to bring out aspects of Bangalore that I've felt in those very few special moments...when the atmosphere is lovely, cool wind breezing on a weekend evening as you walk along Brigade or MG Road. That apart, we must live in a city that cannot cope up with it's growing population, a ci...ty that has no transport facility to speak of and a corrupt government which is hell bent on making things tough for the common Bangalorean. BTW, I liked your take on the Kannadiga youth. That was new to me. Regards Read More
