Hi All, I just finished the novel "cell", a few days ago. Although I had bought another novel "The bourne ultimatum", but it turned out that I read this one before I read the bourne novel's first 50 pages !! Yeah, this one is a real gripping novel. Hi, I should have checked out the profile before commenting about the reason that i provided. In spain such an incident has occured in which 2 asian looking passengers were not allowed in and had to miss the flight for the suspicions in their fellow passengers. I apologise for the mistaken ident...ity of yours. And yes, if the security guys are so dumb to not to identify who can be a potential threat and who is not then its a very pathetic situation for the whole world to ponder about. Sorry for your loss. And I truly think that the staff with you had to deal with are real dumb and inefficient. At least they could have been compassionate about the baby. By the way, did you get your luggage back? Take care, Som.Read More

A nice review. I too get irritated whenever somebody tries to teach people how to live and show the path to eternal happiness. In the dark of night they sodomize kids. Thats a very good example of how they find their 'happiness'. Finally it all boils down to one single point. What is religion?... And why is it there? If there is god, he didnt create any religion, he never ever asked us to worship him? Then how does it all come into picture? What i think is that its all the game of power. Power that is imagined, power for which we have no proof or dis-proof. Power of the unknown. And the unknown we fear and worship. We worship because we fear it or because we want to gain something (that is the real purpose). At the end of life only would we come to know what is there thats powerful? Is it there or is it just human imagination that makes us believe? Is life a game of probability? or there is one universal law that governs it? Great review...it got me thinking on these lines...maybe someday i too would write a review on this...great going !!Read More

The recent hype in security related stuff is because of a terrorist getting caught with explosives in the handbag in UK. Maybe thats the reason they are being more jumpy over these things. And the reason they might have done this only to you is because asians resemble closely to arabs as per loo...ks, and the terrorists being of arab/asian origin they are taking such actions eventhough we all innocnet passenger. But whatever be the reason it is too much indecent in part of the airport authority/airlines to not to help an obvious innocent passenger. Read More

Hi baski, the narration was the part which was narrated by a narrator. Actually hearing the narration only made me think that i have done wrong to buy the ticket... Thanks for the comment !

Yeah u r right, i didnt do my homework before getting the phone. Basically i asked my friend that i wanna buy a cell and since it was my first cell i wanted it to be cheap and sturdy, (till i was confident enuf to write a book like 'Zen and The Art of Cell-phone Maintanance'). I guess i got a sturdy... and reliable cell, but which is costly and in comparision to its meagre features. Thanks for ur comment!! Som.Read More

To tell the truth my name is not even somnath...I prefer not to let google have a database on my life and anything...so i generally spoof names. U see even though google is a great help but sometimes we need to be wary of such fast searching algorithms...who knows when someone gets ur credit card an...d all info about you. Another thing: i dont have any credit cards either ;-). Yeah, thanks for your comment. This time i did a mistake not to read reviews for a movie before getting the ticket....Next time I want to write a positive review!!! Hehe...Thanks again. Som.Read More

@coolcritic: Ya thats what i too think. Some things you cannot just stop yourself doing even though you know it's wrong. But we at those times dont have enuf time to reflect on what we are doing. Thats what happened with zidane too....but matty had whole 80 minutes to think how to get zizou to that... point... som. @thakurman: yup....ek aur baat, shayad zidane humlogo ke school ka wo dialogue bhool gaya ya nahi janta tha, whenever some kid will come abusing to the other, they would sometimes say to the abusing kid: 'subah uthkar apney papa ko kya kehta hai tu? chal ab bol apne papa se kaise baat karta hai tu !!'....automatically what the abusing kid would say, would be bouncing back to him only !!!! funny trick, but used to work many a times !!! Hi All, So lets do the summing up: @the_egonomist. Ya same with me and my friends, all said and agreed that limited conscription (as in israel) should be made compulsary, but again there is nobody to compel. ;-). As with indians no cumpulsion = apathy !!! @sweets. Ya, u r right...the never say... die attitude is good if we actually work towards not dying. But the current thing with us is that we have a never say die attitude only if it's somebody else who is dying. We don't check that why should we have to be in the 'never say die' situation. Isn't there absolutely no other way than getting smacked always and be 'never say die'. Why can't we improve ourselves? Why do we forget that yesterday it was a blast and still keep on doing the same mistakes repeatedly? @qwan. Thanks buddy...would write again soon ;-) @thakurman. Thanks again...:-) ....for me the human rights activists always find to act for the wrong humans. What you say ? ;-) they should be 'wrong human activists'. @skanago. people will learn what it takes to be a soldier if only they wear the uniform atleast once....else nobody cares what happens in the border unless 2 or 3 shells strike their neighborhood. Protesting against coffin scam is not enough...we have and should share some load. And it should be compulsary for all. People like me wont wear uniform and loose fat cheques unless it's compulsary. Being frank...that's all :-( @borngenius Overpopulation will come down if such blasts keep happening ;-).....anyways we can use our population in better ways, but it'll mean loosing lotsa votes for the political parties. we need harsh laws, not sweet democratic juice to discipline us. @summing up: Thanks all for your comments. If you think i have written or having a wrong perspective in my review or comment, please feel free to 'key is down'[using a key-board right ?] here...:-).Read More
