Mate...Your review is a word to word copy of veyron1's review of the same on www.team-bhp.com. Just go to the motorcycles section of the reviews there. I confirmed that 'motorcycle' is not the above mentioned tbhpian. Stop copying your reviews man.

The origin of the Safari's engine can be traced to the old 3L DI powerplant found on the 407 light truck. Its an old engine, which uses an old tech overhead valve design. The reasons for using this engine were more economical I think.Even though, its being said that the engine is severly detuned as ...the chassis may not be able to handle the torque in its full state of tune. There was a word in a few forums that the engine is really capable of 160-175hp. They also have a 2.2 L common rail engine which puts ~140bhp and 340 Nm torque under development. The export versions of the Safari may get this engine in the near future. And the 3L is more fuel efficient than the earlier engine.Read More

Well, not exactly, but Ford is launching a new car, called perhaps the Falcon, by the end of the month. It is based on the Fiesta, just like the Fusion. Infact, its the Fiesta with a boot. It will have the 1.4 L TDCi diesel , apart from the Sigma 1.6 petrol, and knowing Ford, the handling dynamics... will be class leading. And several times better than its arch enemy, the new Honda city.
Nice review there..

I suggest you check your facts before you write them here. If true, the reason the pulsar may have a higher accident rate is the sheer number of them on the road.
And.....if its a best seller, its a bestseller for a reason. A hundred thousand people a year cannot be wrong. Same goes for the Spl...endor (as much as I hate it).Read More

Is GM selling them at a loss?? Thats cheaper than the Indigo GLS!!! And that too with beige interiors...
Congratulations on your new car and the fantastic deal you got on it. Please keep us posted on how the car is coming along over the months.

..minor glitches. Which can be fixed, IMO with the help of a competent service centre. Tata gearshifts have always been sloppy. But I have seen plenty of high abuse Indigos, and its surprising how they last with regular maintainance.

A person's writing style and his expertise bear no relation to each other. Anyone can be in a hurry, the fact is, they can get the point across effectively. Nice review, Manish.

That was a fantastic review man. I got a 150 which I bought in April, and apart from the gearshift , the bike absolutely rocks. Keep writing,

Thats insane...especially for a small car. Maruti has also skipped on a few interior frills, which the international Swift gets,

I agree with you on all counts, except one...about the ride quality. The new gas suspension works really well on bad (and very bad) roads...

How much luggage space does it have with the third row in position? Anyway, that was a really good review.

48 Kmpl is VERY good. I bought a 150 last week, and it returns 52 Kmpl because I have to ride through really dense traffic. How many Kms do u have on the Odo? And wat kinda fuel do you use?

Hi,
I am a novice rider too, and I had to make the same choices like you. I went for the Pulsar because, first and foremost, the Honda dealers in Pune are extremely rude and behave as if they do u a favour by selling you the bike. Also I love the meaty exhaust note of the Pulsar. If you have ...to ride on rough roads, go for the Pulsar as the gas filled shocks deliver a really smooth ride. As for the false neutrals, the gears on my bike shift smoothly without missing a single shift. The Pulsar also 'feels' faster than the Unicorn. Its much more fun that way. If you are a collegian, go for a Pulsar , it comes loaded with alloy wheels, exhaustec and other stuff.

..in the 80's. A relative of mine owned a 300D which is about 2 decades old (dont know for sure) but it still runs as well as it used to when it was new. It has around 185000 Kms on the odo. They still have it, but they dont use it much since they got a Camry. But he still swears by his trusty Mer...cedes.Read More

Dont get me wrong.....but before berating the Discover, I suggest you take a test ride of both back to back. I have, and the Super Splendor though refined, cannot match the punch of the Discover. I do not own the Discover(I am gettin my Pulsar this saturday). Ride quality on the Splendor is good, bu...t it compromises on handling.

Skoda Quite Good should be more like it. Your review was, as usual ,'Superb'. This thing is based on a stretched Volkswagen Passat platform, hence Skoda is unable to make it rear wheel drive. Wish they had based it on a rear drive Audi platform instead. And a V8 should atleast be an option. Anywa...y, I am nitpicking. It is a very good car indeed, and perfect for India.

No tacho on the thing. Not even an option. I dont think the 0-60 times will be much better than the Splendor. Certainly not as good as the Fazer and the Discover. I did not have the opportunity to test its 0- 60 times.....but I am sure that they are not very good figures.
