Hope you don't work for Tata and mind you even Mahindra sells Scorpio in Australia but not TATA and the company itself has decided that it cannot be sold in Australia. So enjoy driving better cars in Melbourne on the great ocean road.

Great movie and hats off to Kamal Hassan for his wonderful acting. I strongly like the idea depicted in the film to finish off terrorists and other non state players instead of spending tax paying money to feed them in prisons. Infact as it happens in a muslim country, they should be brought to a co...mmon area in front of the public and either be stoned to death or cut into pieces and this should be broadcasted live particularly in bloody pakistan.Read More

Hi I don't believe that packages can be added without your selection. I too own a Tata Sky+ and find that the online content is very interactive and things happen very fast. But whenever you make changes, stay near your TV as you will get a instant message which will confirm the subscription. Otherw...ise according to me, tata sky truly rocks.Read More

Hi your review was just out of your mind. I too own a new version and also an old model and as you mentioned I find that the inner components are of cheap quality but still the engine rocks after you drive atleast 5000 kms.

Thks buddy ur review was very nice.
I too have vista and was working hard to improve the speed.
Just google 'How to increase vista speed' and u can switch off lot
of unwanted services. I brought down my system Memory commitment to
422 MB from 850 MB.
I got a Dual Core P4 3 GHZ with Asus... 955 intel chipset extreme motherboard , Nvidia 8 series 8600 GT, 4 GB Ram, 300 GB HDD sata, Altec Lansing 5.1, Linksys WRT54G ADSL Router.
My system performance index was 5.6. Let me know ur performance index.

You have spared lot of time in writing a wonderful review. I am very much concerned about the way MNC have been cheating indian people. For eg you can take all the latest sony LCD models which are actually more than one year old and they never give the latest models to Indian customers. I got a Vista Home basic from Singapore for just Rs 10000 at changi airport.I am a extensive user and my computer at times runs at a stretch for 5 days without switching off. Vista is the best OS i have ever seen. It does not hang abruptly and even if it happends it just responds fast.... Graphics is very nice. i Love the gadgets which can be added.
My system confi is Dual Core 3 Ghz Intel processor, Asus P5wd2 Premium Intel 955 chipset with piped cooling, Antec Playboy server cabinet worth 6000 Rs, 2 Gb DDR2 Ram, 256 MB Nvidea 6600 Graphics card, Samsung 19' wide screen LCD, Altec Lansing 5.1 Home theatre, Sony DRU 810 A DVD writer, Normal Samsung CD Drive, 2 X 160 GB Sata HDD, HP Officejet All in One 7208 printer.
Even with all these resources my vista looks as if it just manages to run. I dont get the feeling it is so fast.Maybe OS runs ony this way.
Other than that Vista is rock solid and is my most favourite at the moment.

I own a 50' LCD Hitachi and well versed with the Panel technology in LCD.
First LCD is always better than Plasma because of the compact size and the colour reproduction capacity. We are in the eighth generation of LCD panel technology and there can be no burn out issues as well the viewing angl...e is 178 degree in the case of samsung LCD.
S-PVA (Polorised vertical alignment) is the most common LCD panel technology used in Samsung as well as Sony. Both the companies in order to reduce the cost get their panels manufactured from the single mother source. The world's most advanced LCD panel technology is AS-IPS( Advanced Super Inplane Switching) Which is available only in Hitachi and few other brands at the much premium cost.
So LCD is always better than plasma due to its picture quality and compact size. Moreover after an extensive research buying a TV above 32 inches is of no use in India as we do not have a HD signal input and thus the picture tends to get bad with increase in Size.
My 50' hitachi in Melbourne looks awesome with Fox High definition channels. The same 50' Hitachi will look worst with our tata Sky broadcast.
So friends do not waste your money to go a TV above 32 Inches currently in India and always prefer LCD.Read More

I am having an Rx 100 from my school days for the past 12 years. Still I am the king. But in my case mine ha no modification except the shortening of the core to get that metal beat. But still the sound drives so many people mad.
It is truly a legend.

First ur point is good.
But unfortunately Indian market does not suit such flexibility. I know people afford to change dealers for even Rs 500 bargain while buying a car. Moreover when the export models are sold aftersedrvice will be a big problem. Already Tata Dealers cannot repair the core compon...ents at the workshop and sent it to the factory or replace.
It is not feasible at the moment unless government makes it mandatory which will increase the cost.
Definetely India will get better cars if the damn government Lows down Import Duty for cars. Just visit SriLanka and you will find all the superb cars Imported. Whereas here in India Import duty is very very high.Read More

Do not play with the central locking system. What will you do when there is a heavy traffic jam and water level starts rising and you find the doors are locked and not responding.

All the guys in the showroom only want to make commission from the sale of motorcycle and further loot money in the sake of chaging spares whereas old spares could still be used.
I have a Rx 100 yamaha for the last 12 years having the same mechanic who visits my office every month and maintains... it.
Get ur bike away from the showroom guys. Further regarding rusting it all depends on how often u wash ur bike and the water quality u r using.
For eg i know a guy who lives near the seashore and used salt water to wash his bike His bike got rusted very soon.

Tata sky is still in the experimental mode.I am having this connection for the past three months. Attimes rarely when we choose the channel it takes some time to come up otherwise I am very happy with the quality and sound.
I have never seen such TV quality.

I am having this phone for the past 3 months. So far it is absolutely fine
I never felt like a software is running.It is quite fast and the reason mainly i removed all the unwanted apps which came with the phone like Yahoo messenger,Kodak photo transfer and all other nuisance.
Apart from the... money we pay for the phone nokia gets a lump amount from the Software companies who clinch a deal to install all this software in the new models.
My only concern is that the battery runs out of juice within 1.5 days.

After the Installation of Tatasky it seems that we have to call the customer care and let them know our 16 digit number to recharge and I ...never did that. But tata sky politely called my home more than 5 times to remind me about the recharge. They never disconnected abruptlyRead More

Hi Firend,
I had the same reliance phone two years and still after surrendering last year at a webworld the bill comes to my office and the collection agent comes to my office.
To stop this nuisance, I had a feracious dog in my office. I let the dog free after the agent came and it had bit h...im badly.
To that extent I am fedup with reliance.
After that noone comes to my office.
Better start having a good dog or goondas to stop nuisance from Anil Ambani as they will come to collect bills even after payment done byus.Read More
