I absolutely, like, 100% like agree with you!! This is like a major promo for new Greek god on the block Hrithik. And Ash had better stick to acting in movies like Devdas and umrao Jaan where she doesnt have to act the cool chick with the hot bod. Those roles are safely left to Bipasha and Mallika ...Sherawat!!!! RadhikaRead More

Hi! I am sorry I am reverting really late after you posted your query. IFB does not usually demo the dishwasher at home becoz its cumbersome to carry around. Go to your local electronics shop(better go to a good one, actually!) and compare the various models on offer. IFB, Haier, Siemens, Kaff......as far as I know, these are the only companies offering dishwashers at present. But there may be some others that have introduced machines in the last one year. Couple of points to remember: 1. The machine must be designed for Indian cooking needs...so should take care of heavy duty grease. 2. After sales service and easy availability of spare parts(Siemens scores very low on this as all their parts are imported from Germany, hence they are expensive and not easily available) 3.Cost of dishwasher soap and rise liquid 4.Body finish...stainless steel or plastic 5. Wash options..economy, delicate wash for china and glass, heavy duty wash for extra greasy vessels, etc. The market research is fun. Enjoy yourself! RadhikaRead More

Hey, I think buying a Swift was a really good decision. I am going through the market research phase of the Great Car Purchase Decision right now. And the Swift is emerging as a very clear winner. However one is waiting for the new Renault. Have fun driving your new car. Radhika

Thank you for your comments! You are right, a dishwasher doesnt work too well in the case of vessels in which food has gotten burnt. For those specific dishes,we need to use the ever-reliable steelwool scrub. One however doesnt face this problem everyday. On the few occassions this happens, the ...vessel has to be handwashed. But a dishwasher works great on a daily basis for all vessels, including really greasy dishes Radhika. Read More

I have a three year old yellow lab. retriever. he is absolutely adoprable. I agree with everything you have written!! They are human, they completely understand what you are saying and communicate in every way other than speech. They are consummate actors and arm twisters(which ofcourse makes us the... suckers here!!). By the way, there are places in Mumbai where you can leave your pet. And they dont tie them in these places. They are a bit expensive but they take good care of your doggie. Have fun with Labo! RadhikaRead More

Pyaar ke Side Effects Rahul Bose, Mallika Sherawat This was one film I just HAD to see. Pyaar ke Side Effects starring the thinking man’s actor, Rahul Bose, and the Physical ?! / non-thinking?! man’s actress Mallika Sherawat. An unlikely pairing? Not really. Pretty clever pairing, actua...Read more

Shiny Ahuja, Kangana Ranaut Hmmmm…. Mahesh Bhatt has done a good job publisizing this movie. He has said that it is based on the life of Parveen Babi. Now, those of you, who, like me have grown up seeing Parveen Babi looking gorgeous and being romanced by Vinod Khanna and Amitabh Bachchan,...Read more

Let me mention at the very outset that I am a coffee aficionado. Which means that I like my coffee well made, robust and rich. And being a true blue Tambram, I swear by my morning cup of filter coffee. It is as close to a perfect cup of coffee as one can get. And really, no other coffee even com...Read more

Hi, Thats for the feedback and the rating. I agree, SRK is awfully predictable in all his films. I think the only film where he tried and succeeded marginally was Devdas. That also I think was largely due to the skills of the director. So, no I dont think he will change. But you know he is lik...ed for precisely these reasons...his mannerisms are all part of the charisma !! RadhikaRead More
