Nice Review I agree with everything u said coz i have travelled by Oman Air more than 15 times The food is not up to the mark... I'm a ex-staff of the Regent and i totally dont agree wit u as i was workin at the front desk..... We would check the system before tellin any anybody whether or no the guest has checked out.... And if the guest is just hanging around in the hotel we r not responsible as there are so many peop...le hanging around in the lobby....Cant keep a track of everybody... The complains that you write are registered and the GM checks it on a daily basis....Really cant understand how come you did'nt get a reply Cheers LydiaRead More
