I wish I had read this review before getting caught in the fancy of Front load washing machine! Apart from this, if you live in a place where you get hard water/iron in water, you will need an iron gurad which costs you Rs 2500 in addition

I wish I had read these comments before I chose Agarwal Movers & Packers. I plan to raise a complaint against them in the consumer court. Please do the same so we can throw out such fradulent businesses from running in this country.

Well I have a faced a similar problem; I had to catch a Jet airways flight at 10:30; I reached the counter at 9:45 coz I was staying 41/2 away from Mumbai and we literally spent that time on bike to reach the airport; when I reach there due to the fact that I was already late and was very new to Mum...bai airport and also travelling alone for first time, I stood at the jet lite counter; when it was my turn the lady informed me that Jet Airways counter is further ahead. I raced towards the counter she indicated. However, the lady over there refused to take me as a special case and let me break the que. The other passenger were in for the next flight which was after and hour or so. SO finally when I reaced the window it was already 10 and she refused to take me in. She directed me to her supervisor who was all the more rude and refused to let me in when I just had a hand baggage. later I found out that the problem was because of flight being over booked!!! Thats the plight of jet airways and from that day on, I refuse to ever fly by jet airways!!!!Read More

I can completely relate to your story Uday. My parents faced similar plight. My father bought Samsung double door fridge on the reccomendation from the dealer, since its a very small place and service and getting spare parts is an issue. So he went by the dealer. And soon, he started having problems.... The freezer was never cold enough. Ice melting and water leakage was a common problem. After repeated complaints, the service center guys came and replaced some part and said it would be fine, But the problem re-occured within days. My father finally asked the dealer to look into the problem otherwise he will have to go the consumer court; still there was no action from the dealer. Now once the consumer court agent inspected the fridge they decided, the product was indeed faulty and needed replacement from company's end. However, till date he still hasnt got a replacement of the fridge. Thats the kind of service and response you can expect from the company. This just makes me feel that it worth going for companies like Whirlpool and Kelvinator. Atleast you know for sure their prduct is durable and you will get a reponse if you face an issue.Read More

I can understand your problem. My case is very similar to yours. I changed my bill plan and ever since then the bills started having problems. the bills come in randomly. Sometimes they say Zero outstanding then suddenly they charge you saying that last months bill wasnt correct. then next month the...y send you another statement saying you had paid in excess so your current bill has been adjusted.%0d%0aAnd last month, they sent me two bills that said '0' outstanding on 10th and 20th of March. I called the customer care and enquired how can it be '0'. Even if I dont make a single there still would be the monthly rental. they said the system shows '0' so I can simply ignore that. %0d%0aAnd suddenly on 1st of April they bar my calls without ever informing me. When I call them, they tell me its because of non payment. When I tried explaining the guy that the issue was from their end he simply wasnt ready to understand. I asked me to connect me to his higher authorities and that guy said we will release your out going calls but please make the outstanding.%0d%0aI asked them to send me a bill before I could make a payment. But they never sent me the bill. I then enquired with my other friends who have the same plan and had changed their billing plans and all of them said they faced the same issue.%0d%0aSo it wasnt just me.
