I am writing to you to bring to your notice an extremely bad and unprofessional service experience that I have had with your store at Galleria Market, Gurgaon. I had on Monday 22nd March purchase 2 Carrier Estella ACs ( 2 ton + 1.5 ton) from your shop. Mr vatan was co-ordinating. ... I was given confirmation that the same would be delivered the same day. I kept following up thru the day and I was told it was being delivered in half hour and I waited through the evening but no delivery happenned. I had to followup constantly through the next day and only in the evening the delivery happenned. The installation was suppossed to happen on wednesday. I kept following up through the day and finally someone came in the evening spend 3 hours and did a part installation. The next day thursday he spent the entire day installing 2 split ACs. As you can see I have spent over 4 days trying to get 2 ACs installed. Finally when the time came to make the payment, i was told that I had to pay for the entire piping @ Rs 650/sq mtr with the total amount coming to Rs 4850/-. This was totally contrary to what i had been told at the time of purchase where I was told that the installation would be free and i would need to pay only for the extra piping....after the installation was complete i was told tht i had to pay for the entire piping. This complaint is not about the money, since I have already paid,,,but the absolute unprofessional experience that I have had,,,,its the most shocking and harrowing experience that I have ever had ,,,this despite me clearly telling that i am from the media industry,,,and I would highlight this in the media apart from loosing a customer in me,,,you have lost out on your brand equity and name through the negative word of mouth that will spread from me, unless you take corrective steps immediately.
