If you complain about failed transactions, their attitude is very casual as if customer made a mistake by transacting on their website / app. The way they do fraud is to trap the customer by crediting money in his wallet (and not back to card or account). Probably the equivalent in India is PIL (public interest litigation), but that may need some coordinated action from several dissatisfied customers. The level of customer service is constantly falling. I think it is better to file a case in Consumer Court.
