Jet airways has now three airlines run with staff of one Airlines
Jet Airways, Jet Konnect and Jetlite
The que is so long that one gets frustated standing there, Time taken by counter staff is also more these days.
No counter for Jet Privilege members ( Membership has become ornamental)
Han...d baggage quick check in also no arrangements in any airport, the kiosks ask for credit card for name, but when swiped dont work.
Web checkin - Most disastrous, you dont know the gate number, wrong gate number mentioned in boarding pass, stamp on web boading pass, no member to stamp.
Ultimately flight doesnt fly on Time, other low cost airlines are doing well in maintiaing timings, neatness, counters are well manned,
Now no point in paying premium for Jet airways, Spice Jet, Indigo, Go Air equally good, sometimes better.
