its 1 year and 3 months now. I haven't had any problem with any of the furniture till now. Everything is as good as it is till now. touch wood.

Now its 1 year after buying the d2h connection. I find reasonably good and didn't have any problems till now. The sound problem also got better now. The remote is also really sturdy cos it fell infinite number of times and is perfectly fine till now.touch wood. When I wasn't there for a month, I nee...dn't recharge, good one compared to cable guys. The moment I got back, I just recharged it online and by the time I received the bill confirmation, it started working. So overall till now, its cheap and good. Finally I have disconnected Tata Photon. It really sucks. I was transferred to the retention plan but, the speed was again so slow. By the time I get to complain they say I have already crossed my 1 GB limit. Then for 2-3 months I made the complaint without crossing 500MB, still the speed was horrib...le. The service engineer came and fixed an antenna to boost the speed, But I found no difference. They said some network issue which would be resolved by July 17th . But till September I didn't find any improvement. So finally, I had to disconnect it. That had even longer procedures than for getting a connection. Right now I am using my phone as a modem with docomo. I just recharge for Rs.95 monthly and get 4GB usage. Speed is reasonable compared to what I got from Photon and Tikona. Atleast this is reliable and constant and cheaper.Read More

its more than 1 year, since i had disconnected the service. I have made some 30-40 complaints, but their stupid customer service is so bad, I got fed up. Anway, I didnt want to go after that stupid thing. Now I got a bill stating ''your current outstanding is Rs 1,217.95. for billing period from to ...15th Aug to 14th Sep 2011.'' How can this happen if I am not even using their stupid service. Getting irritated. How can I go to consumer court for this harassment?Read More

I got fed up with making complaints. Each time I make a complaint, someone calls and asks about it and without any proper solution i get hung and immediately i get 2 msgs and a mail saying that my complaint has been closed. that is the most irritating part of it. I stopped using it for 3 months and ...told them i wont pay the bill. I want to disconnect. Then they offered me a retention plan of 400 Unlimited but after monthly 1 GB, the speed will reduce.I took up the offer and paid the bill, but my plan did not change. I had to call several times and make several complaints to get that offer. Lucky I had recorded the conversation. I have it converted now. Let me see if the bill comes proper. Or else they are gonna hear from me again.Read More

I too have the same problem. I have made around 13 complaint or more in past 75 days for disconnection and refund. I am fed up of the responses. Dont know what more to do to get refund.
