I urgently needed a tata photon connection for business purposes. And the entire process to acquire the tata photon data card was a pain , I had to wait for 2 weeks due to lack of stock. After getting it, I noticed my speed was not up to the mark, I thought it was just started so its normal but after 1 week I realized that the speed was at a consistent 10-20kb.
I registered a complaint at their customer service and finally they sent someone over to take care of the issue .
THEY HAVE NOW TOLD ME : DUE TO NETWORK CONGESTION I WILL BE GETTING SLOW SPEED FOR FEW MONTHS .
What kinda reason is this, that too it's TATA , not some new player .
IF THERE IS NETWORK CONGESTION THEN STOP THE SALE OF THE DATA CARDS , WHY GIVE FALSE PROMISES .
THEY ARE NOT ETHICAL AND IM PLANNING TO GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT , CAUSE I CANT KEEP BROWSING AND DOWNLOADING STUFF WHICH TELLS ME I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 1 DAY .
Sorry guys , but dont go for this product , choose a alternative .
