I have had similar experience with their managers as well. They are never accessible. I do not see a bright future for this company at all. I completely agree with the review. One of the worst companies you will ever come across. Not only did they introduce the new so-called secure login without customer intimation, but it was the worst kind of implementation. Every single day there is an internet outage due to some reason or the other.... Customer Service is one of the worst out there - rude and arrogant customer agents are hired by this company. If you file a complain with MTNL, they have to resolve the problem within 3 working days - if they are unable to, you get a deduction on your monthly bill on a pro-rata basis. This amount is taken out from the employees' salaries. That is why the response time of MTNL customer service has highly imp...roved. Tikona is a cheap company with absolutely zero customer service. They are pretty good with sales - but extremely poor follow-up. They are sitting on a lot of money and wanting to scale but unable to do so. Airtel will frustrate the hell out of you. Dealing with Airtel will increase your hospital/medical bills - the customer service agents are trained to be patient while the same scrupulous techniques are used to rip you off your money.

People like Rakesh Ranga are paid to just make you run around in circles. Once your phone starts working they will just keep on deducting 2-10 rupees every day from your balance. Airtel is in big trouble - they are in Africa after buying a sick company for a huge amount and they have paid for 3G thr...ough their nose - so they are trying every trick in the book to increase their revenues. You made a big mistake by opting for a screwed-up company - even MTNL or BSNL gives you better User Experience. My suggestion is to either go for Vodafone or Reliance and junk Airtel. They are not worth it.

I recharged my phone today with a 275/- top-up. It immediately sent me an SMS that the balance on the phone was 275/- A day later when I check the balance it says 263/- -- WITHOUT sending a Single SMS or making a Single Call! This is one big pathetic company of bastards!
