My bill account number with TIKONA is 112 567 030. I wish I read all the feedbacks on TOKONA before deciding to try out.


Sales guy came and collected 500.00 from me and disappeared. Next came service guys without installation tools. He went back and sent another installation guy again without installation tools.


A complaint was registered with customercare. An escalation team came for installation..again without installation tools!!!!


By this time, one month passed, and there comes the big surprise, A bill from TIKONA for no network usage, where they did not even bother to check if the installation was done or not!!!


Few more complaints were registered, and came the reply from TIKONA that the case has been


"Escalated" . Then the Joke started, every week one officer from so called escalation team will call "Sir what is the problem?" 3 more months passed same way, I have now 3 or 4 bills from Tikona !!!! all for no installation at all.


These are inefficient and shameless guys....do not opt for TIKONA


I have finally offered my Rs 500 to them and an additional 1000 to them if they stop billing me and stop sending payment reminders on SMS...


I have no words to describe service of TIKONA....
