slv12 ! I think you misunderstood or you did scan this review.. I did not do with any bank.. this AVIVA co posted their rep in the bank premises to talk with bank's customer for selling their policies. I had never interested to buy those MNC stuf..i was the one caught by this way.. i am happy with ...Lic services .. i am not the one like you disliked LIC that is your bad experinec ..

I could see the movie at last.
half of the film is camedy and interesting to see kareena laughter.. later part is very serious except climax ..I observed one thing that we should value ourself and give first importance to our own system rather than appricaition others this was conveyed throug...h kareena when she was in hotel with s.kapoor before going to her place.Read More

Yes, you are correct. probably they will book more cases at end of each Month.
I had similar experienece but it was silly way of booking case and collecting money . At central Railway station's signal point I was driving towards Parrys corner from Egmore ..The signal was switching over from G...reen to Red.. when the yellow color reached I was about stop at the line mark across the road.
but one T police from the signal point waved his hand to come forward.. so Rushed to other end before red come. that fellow diverted me to his Inspector. then they asked me to pay Rs100/ .they blamed that I crossed the point without waiting for green signal. my argument went waste because their tactics was only to book more cases.

Exceptions ! It is unbeliveable but true...yours' are valid only on certain cercumstance. There are exceptions.Many laws in mathematical/physic are simply taken granted whether people believe or not. Elder's advise too falls in that category..

yes , you are absolutely correct on LIC,
my agent used to remind me and some time come to my house to collect cheque on our call.
I think we need not compare Aviva which is MNC . they least bother on individual , but only on Industries and big business people.. Really I don't... like the way of their working. on the same desk two fellow will be there. one fellow officer and another one always new ,junior . we have to wait till new fellow to come to talk to us though the senior was sitting idle ..status quo..
govt should chase them out of India.. or expose the arra\ogant attidue.

Even today I talked to one lady in Aviva chennai -1 over phone (ISD call f)or more than 10minutes.all vain.they should have sent mail.. carefully avoiding their fault exposed.
they made status as 'paid up' in my profile. that means they paid me already.
but money is not paid yet.. on ...the other hand that lady told me to give another cheque predated on or before due date is 29-01-2008. to reinstate my policy. See the
funny part, I gave already a cheque that is still with them. No proper coordination bet ABN AMRO bank and Aviva..and no proper link made amoung themself..
All MNCs staff think that are working in sitting in America or some other countries.
hope they will atleast pay money what I remitted so far..

Somewhere something went wrong... you can probably chech with other vehicles of the same model.
I have santro from 2000. Infact , once I went alone to Trichy and back to Chennai without any problem.
On Responds from Maintenace cell/workshop.. They used to give good service with ...respect to my experience goes. only thing little bit costlier..
Once I had a problem with gear .. in Paris corner , chennai.... when I changed gear from one to TWO or from three to Two .vehicle stopped abruptly as if I applied a brake. I sought few drivers around for help . no one knew about the problem . they advised me not to go any workshop otherthan Santro.. There is a sticker bearing emergency phone numbers always you can find it on your vehilc front glass.
I dial .. and got a responds... they advised me to bring the car to their place that was in Mount Road near TVS ..
I went there around 4 ’o’ clock in the evening.. they checked.. and said petrol pumping motor failed due to heat. they estimatted, cost of motor including labour charge Rs4500/ I got debit card. I said ok for doing the work. as they said they finished the work and delivered it with all checking got over by 6.30 in the evening.
