Thanks all for your comments. I regret for paying the fine in haste due to circumstances and feel I should have agreed to pay the fine in police station and challenged them. Anyways, I have posted a complaint in chennai city police official web site. By looking at the site where most links are under... construction, I think the complaint will also turn to deaf ears. Let me see if somebody atleast tries to contact me to take a complaint asking the officer id, receipt number. Its a learning exercise for me and guys be bold enough to face the police equally rough.Read More
