Now nodal officer is trying to justify how efficient he is. First he gives docket number as Nodal Docket Number as 79563231 dated August 17 which has been resolved. He gives one more docket number - Nodal Docket Number 80472095. Now he will give one docket and play docket - docket. The issue is not ...the resolution. Issue is lapse on the part of Nodal Officer. I agree with what navaho had said above. First thing for changing address if your account is more than six month old - no proof is required. But if they ask specifically one can provide it. This bank doesn't follow ISO guidelines. I don't know who audits their processes. Since they don't follow proc...esses, each employee takes you for a ride. I am filing complaint with their ISO auditors about process violations and requesting them to cancel ISO certification of this notorious bank.Read More

Funny................... ask the charge slips and verify signature with yours. If signature doesn't match prima facie... throw the reply of HDFC bank back to them. They might charge you INR 100 for demanding charge slip. And reply after 6 months.... that is nothing new..... You have to spend a... lot to get a reply from this bank..... so understand their world.Read More

Dear: They are following ISO standards. So standards first, compliance on papers first, delivery at their whims and fancies. They returned my 2 articles. First they claimed incomplete address. When the sender sent it thru speed post, it was delivered promptly. When the issue was brought to blue dart... they replied remote location. Now the sender has issued notice to blue dart as I have lodged my strongest protests. Let us see - what happens to Blue Dart.
