Hi Saurabh..thanks for the warning...though i wish you had spoken to someone about it at the place..I havent quite been to the Gurgaon branch...i have only visited the NOIDA as well as East Vinod Nagar branch...and i've had a very good experience...but thanks for the tip again !

Thank you for the review. I was all set to buy something for my brother in Calcutta for his birthday to be delivered, but if you claim that they have such poor delivery...they've lost a potential customer amongst many who were planning to get something from there...thanks once again !

Hi Wisetechie...thanks for liking my review and i am glad my review managed to bring back good memories...i do partially agree about the 'decency' of the meal...in fact, I had a word with the marketing manager of Nirula's India. He told me that after the merger, they believed 'change is the only con...stant thing' so they, for example, chose to discountinue their mutton sausage pizza and introduced a seekh kabab pizza or something...it was definitely a bad decision and they realised it when they got a lot of feedback from regular customers like me...so they started that again...i understand they aren't the same as they were before, but I think they are trying to retain that desperately now...they realise that if they are too drastic, they might lose all the regulars who have been coming to them for generations...so i personally feel if you can give them one last chance as a benefit of the doubt and assume temporarily if they are the same...it might work out for them as well as for us...cheers !Read More

Hi, I am glad my review took you back to your happy memories. Yes of course, their Hot Chocolate Fudge which is still fondly called 'HCF' by most old fans. I dont have a sweet tooth at all but HCF is the only exception to the rule. Thanks for reminding me about that.
