I have the same model, just with a battery. It recently had a leaking problem and I called up the customer care yesterday. They were very courteous and said that a rep would visit us in 48 hours. Today morning, the rep came after calling in and fixed the issue in just a few minutes. This is the f...irst time in india that I did not have to follow up on a complaint. The process was very smooth and I am more than satisfied with the resolution and the manner in which they did so. I'll say Kudos to Philips. FZ 16: not upto expectations

Guys, just a heads up here. FZ is not meant for very high speeds. It has been marketed as a city bike with power in the low and mid range. Specifically, when you need to zig zag to get ahead of the traffic and need some power at low speeds. nile_racer, i guess you should have considered your require...ments before buying this one. You might have been better off with RTR 160 FI. It gives more overall performance and average but is very uncomfortable. Or you could have put in additional 5 grand and got a Karizma.... You are indeed right in that aaryesdee. That is exactly what i mentioned in the begining itself. This is not a place to have a quick ex meal and get on with your work. Its a place to go when you have ample of time and an empty tummy and want to relish the food you eat.
