A place for non-vegetarians. Review on Al Nazeer, Malviya Nagar, Delhi

Are you looking for authentic mughlai food? search no more as you can always go to Al Nazeer ! Also known as Chicken Take Away to some. A bad approach I must say, but the food makes it all worth it. It specialises in home delivery though they also have a seating place for you to order and have it there itself, fresh and hot. The biryani is nothing like the typical spicy ones you get commonly, subtly spiced so that you can actually taste the biryani and not just the masala. Another USP of the place, Chicken Taka-tak rolls, not for the calorie conscious at all.

Deep fried in clarified butter (ghee), it is totally sinful, but the taste makes the intake of all the fat a worthwhile journey through the roll. The chicken tikka and tandoori chicken are my personal favorite. You can have the special phirni for dessert or any other regular dessert that any other restaurant has to offer. The initial outlet is based in East Delhi but a restaurant (and much spruced up than the original) is situated in the fa g end corner of Sector 18 Noida, opposite to Shipra Hotel. The approach might be deceitful so don't judge is by its looks. The food is totally worth it. The prices are not too steep and if you are bunch of friends just wanting to hang out with each other on someone's birthday or celebrating a "relationship anniversary" with a few close friends over good food, this place might be just right for you. The biggest hitch is the space constrain of the place. Its cramped and there is waiting during weekends. But I would still reiterate that despite all its cons, the place is worth the wait.

All in all, a good place for food minus the space.
