You must have had Biryani and Korma a couple of times before and must have realised atleast one of them to be the best.till now, I thought so too.until I tried this delicious mouth watering, absolutely fresh, home-made Biryani and Korma from Dial-A-Biryani. I can't even begin to write about this product simply because my vocabulary does not have enough adjectives to express its taste.ok.let me try.I'll start with mouth-watering, amazing, delicious, delectable, absolutely delightful, amazingly fresh, aromatic, simply spiced(not too spicy like typical biryanis), available in Mutton, Chicken, Egg and Vegetable and all of them, mind you, all of them are equally amazing!
Oh, and don't even get me started on the Korma! I don't think I have ever had a more delicious Mutton Korma.delicately spiced, delectably fresh and what pleasantly surprised me the most is how succulent and juicy can Mutton pieces get even without losing their own lovely taste. The spices were so finely'cajoled' into the mutton that it truly melted in my mouth. I have tried lots of places popular for their Biryani, including Matka Peer, Deez even went to Hyderabad to try their speciality.but all failed when I tried Dial-a-Biryani. I am almost tempted to ask the owner as to why he/she keeps it in such a low profile, however, I believe it caters to a lot of companies especially in NOIDA and also has a regular'dabba' system for employees. All in all, all that I remember is that when the first spoonful of Biryani touched my taste buds, I think I immediately reached heaven and then back to Earth to have some more.
I strongly recommend this not only to the non-vegetarians but to the vegetarians too.their Veg Biryani is actually one of their most popular dishes, second only to Mutton Biryani.even their Paneer Korma(I tried it since I had a few vegetarian friends over as well) which was totally divine! Their biggest USP is that all orders are made fresh(only once the order comes in) and they are not made in bulk. So each order is made with the same special love and care and passion that is actually required and which totally comes through when you have the Biryani and the Korma. The only hitch is that it is not a sit-down and it is only take-away. Plus it caters only to Delhi/NCR region.
I would urge the owner of Dial-a-Biryani, not to keep the Biryani fans in other parts of the country devoid of such fine divinity! All in all, it is a MUST TRY.
